1976年春，裕德前身--海寧共和時裝廠由一個規模很小的集體工廠，僅有7臺家用縫紉機起家，不斷發展，先后把服裝產品打入了上海時裝公司、上海第十百貨公司（現華聯商廈）、杭州服裝公司等商場，成為當地一家有名的服裝企業。
1996年3月29日，與香港恒律投資有限公司合資，創建中外合資嘉興裕德服裝有限公司，開始了外銷出口服裝的生產，特別是絲綢服裝產品小有名氣，成為企業的拳頭產品，深受網上客戶的喜愛。
In the spring of 1976, Haining Republic fashion factory, the predecessor of Yude, which is a small-scale group factory, started its way with only 7 household sewing machines. With continuous development,and its garment products, Yude successively came into market, such as Shanghai Fashion Company, The Tenth of Shanghai Department Stores (now the Hualian Commercial Building), Hangzhou clothing company and so on. Yude became a local famous clothing enterprise.
On March 29th, 1996, Yude took the form of joint venture with Hongkong Conservation Investment Limited Company, creating Jiaxing Yude Garment Limited Company which was Sino-foreign joint venture. It started to produce the export garment. Especially we are famous for silk garment products. It became the key product, and is popular with the customers online.

2004年3月，企業通過改制，建立了現代企業制度，成為一家民營有限公司，取得了企業經營的自主權，獲得了較好的發展和進步。
2006年3月25日，公司人事分工大調整，股權進一步明確，確立了陳總的法人代表地位，公司發展有了新的起色，業務不斷壯大，業績有了很大的提升，成為公司所在地的重點工業企業和最大工業企業之一。
2009年8月13日，在陳總的親自領導下，企業轉型升級，創立了YOTAS時裝品牌，開始了內貿服裝的研發設計和品牌經營，2010年5月2日，第一家專賣店在義烏賓王市場開業。
2011年11月26日，浙江裕德時裝有限公司正式開業（后改名為浙江裕德服裝有限公司），企業整體搬入新建廠區，企業生產經營和發展開啟了新的篇章。
In March of 2004 , through restructuring, the enterprise established a modern enterprise system. It became a private limited company, and we gained the decision making power, which brought better development and progress.
On March 25th, 2006, there was a great adjustment of company personnel division. It further defined the equity, and established legal representative status for General Manager Chen. The development of the company heated up. With growing business and performance, the company became one of the local key&largest industrial enterprises.
On August 13th, 2009, under personal leadership of Ms.Chen , the company accomplished its transformation and upgrading ,and founded the fashion brand YOTA’S. It started the design and brand management of domestic clothing. On May 2nd, 2010, the first exclusive shop opened in Yiwu Binwang Market.
On November 26th, 2011, Zhejiang Yude Fashion Co., Ltd officially opened and wholly moved into new area. A whole new chapter of production, operation and development of the enterprise has opened.

2012年1月開始，海外銷售市場取得更顯著的進步，通過與國際高端女裝集團INDITEX旗下Massimo Dutti的合作，開始建立與歐洲知名品牌的合作，如Max Mara,The Kooples,Comptoir Des Coton-niers,Hobbs,1.2.3等。另外，通過嚴謹的品質把控與雄厚的實力，也打入了韓國一線品牌Basic House的市場。
2013年，海外市場的不斷拓展，為公司贏得了海內外的贊譽。2013年12月，公司的代工延伸至國內市場，與國內一線知名品牌初試合作，取得了成功。品牌包括：雅瑩、季候風、朗姿、安姬奧、北京亞星、影兒等等，通過內貿貼牌代工的深入，企業的綜合競爭力不斷增強，成為規模宏大的集女裝設計、生產、營銷為一體的實力型企業。
From January of 2012, overseas sales market has begun to achieve significant progress. Through the cooperation with Massimo Dutti of the international high-end women clothing group---INDITEX ,we began to build cooperation with well-known brands in Europe, such as Max Mara, The Kooples, Comptoir Des Coton-niers, Hobbs, 1.2.3 etc. In addition, with strict quality control and strong strength, we also entered the market of Korean first-line brand Basic House.
In 2013, as overseas markets are expanding, our company has won widespread praise at home and abroad. In December of 2013 , company's foundry extends to the domestic market. we succeed to make cooperation with domestic first-line well-known brands in the preliminary. Those brands include EP, SEASON WIND, LANCY,AHNSIL, MARYMA DESIGN, YINGER and so on. Through the deepening of domestic OEM, as well as the constant enhancement of enterprise comprehensive competitiveness, we have became a large-scale strength-based enterprise engaged in women clothing design, production and marketing.
