Wow, I can officially drive by myself now… scary, isn’t it? When I first started this blog over two years ago, I think I mentioned something about how my cousin had just gotten his license at the age of 15. After seeing how many of the people in high school drive, I must again press this upon you - IT IS A MINDBLOWINGLY STUPID IDEA TO LET MIDDLE SCHOOLERS DRIVE! Just my opinion…
Little did I know that when I signed the papers for my 90-day Provisional Drivers License that I would have to initial a few things. This may seem like a very simple action, but as a 16-year-old, I rarely have to initial papers - sign them, yes, but not initial them. So I start to sign, and out come… my mom’s initials. For some reason, instead of writing MCS, I started to write CAS. This reason, upon closer examination, ends up being the amount of times I’ve forged my mom’s initials. She knew I did this - it wasn’t for anything serious, just the occasional permission slip or two I’d forget at home. I’m just picturing myself signing a marriage certificate, and accidentally signing my mom’s initials… Embarrassing.
So I’ll be driving myself to school tomorrow.
