Ready to Tanqueray?
August 1st, 2005It’s been an interesting two weeks at Monticello HS. The entryway is nice… Then again, I’m not sure I’d want to go to a school that has reserved parking for the police. If they come there that often, I’d be a bit frightened. I was actually not minding PE that much until this week, but my feet are starting to kill me! Sure, I may not have been kicking the soccar ball in exactly the correct way, but that’s not any reason to make my last week miserable. I just keep telling myself, “Two and a half days left. 15 hours left…” and so on. I’ve compiled a list of some of my favorite quotes that my PE teachers have said. True, they seem like very intelligent and considerate people, but I couldn’t resist.
“Leave your friends!”
“Against the wall!”
“I saw a football player hurl”
Enough of that. So, I sent back my audition-form-thing to Savanna for her movie-thing. Anyone else auditioning (if you have no idea what I’m talking about, I’ll forward the messege to you if you’re interested). I wonder what her screenplay is about though, considering the last question on the form was, “Have you ever handled a weapon?”.
By the way, if you ever decide to wait until 20 days before a convention to book a hotel, DON’T!!!! I came this close to having no other choice but to drive in 20 minutes to the convention center, and may I add that parking would be not only expensive but impossible.
That post sucked. I haven’t been in a very bloggy mood lately; maybe it has something to do with the immenent destruction of my soul due to overexposure to PE.
